The land is to be cultivated by spade husbandry only and occupier is to attend a place of worship on Sundays. Rent payable quarterly, in advance, at Working Men's Institute at 7 o'clock on 11 October, 6 January, 6 April and 6 July. With lease from the Rev. R W Fitzpatrick to George Parrott of parish of St Peter, of 40 pole land in St. Paul's at yearly rent of 21s.
