John Elms: charged at Petty Sessions 16 September 1868 with damaging a fence at Stotfold, the property of Charles Vaughan. Fined 5s. Cases heard at Petty Sessions at Biggleswade. "Huckle is a suspicious character and an associate of bad characters".
