Recites Marriage Settlement of 20 July 1880 in which two sums of £12,000 each were settled on Trustees. Recites the death of Winifred Payne on 1 December 1918. Recites no power of Appointment yet made. Recites investments of the two sums of £12,000, listed in Schedule in names of Charles Edward Leigh and John Charles Townsend, present trustees, recites that there were four children by the Marriage of whom Sybil was one. On Philip's death a quarter share to go to Sybil.
