    Examination of Job Hull: The above named Hannah Hull is my sister by my father John Hull. Our mother was called Susan Hull, she died about 5 years ago at Welbeck near Leeds. My said sster was born at Roxton in the County of Bedford. I was residing with my father and mother abovenamed in their house at Roxton at the time she was born. I don't know where my father is at the present time. My mother is dead. The place of my fatehrs settlement is Roxton. About 9 years ago at which time I was residing at Roxton with my father and when I was 12 years of age the Overseers of the Poor of Roxton set my father to work at some gravel pits as one of their acknowledged paupers. He worked accordingly at the gravel pits and was paid his wages by the Overseers. About 7 years ago my father and his family came to Welbeck, having been sent there by the Overseers of Roxton, who paid the expenses of the journey. My said fatehr never did any act to gain a settlement at any other place than Roxton. The above named Hannah Hull never did any act to gain a settlement in her own right and she is now chargeable to the township of Hunslet in the said Borough, where she is now residing.
