Abstract of title of Samuel Whitbread, esquire, to the Manor of Stanford and a messuage, farm and lands in Stanford in the parish of Southill. Will of Samuel King, dated 17 June 1727: to his son William King when he should attain the age of 21 years all his estate at Stanford. William King to pay Elizabeth King, daughter of Samuel King, £200 out of the estate. Samuel King died 1727. William King died an infant and unmarried, his sister Elizabeth surviving.
