Details given: Recites death of William Wilshere, September 1824, and will, herein part recited, probate Prerogative Court of Canterbury, 11 October 1824. Appointment by (iii) according to a provision of the conveyance and assignment of William Henry Whitbread's estates [Z 575/640], 20 August 1818, of William Waldegrave as trustee in place of William Wilshere, to act jointly with Samuel Charles Whitbread. The Honourable William Waldegrave and Samuel Charles Whitbread to hold estates subject to the debts (that is 13 mortgages or other securities affecting the parties in (iii) individually or jointly, part recited 1821-1827). Covenant by Samuel Charles Whitbread and William Henry Whitbread, consent of (iii), with William Waldegrave to surrender all the copyhold estates included in the Trust Deed [Z 575/640] to the use of The Honourable William Waldegrave and Samuel Charles Whitbread subject to the debts as above. Lease and release, William Henry Whitbread to William Vizard, assigns to The Honourable William Waldegrave and Samuel Charles Whitbread estates and property vested in Samuel Charles Whitbread and William Wilshere as trustees.
