Recites the death of Catherine Sharp, widow of William Sharp, February 1814; executors Thomas John Lloyd Baker and John Dorrien, esquire. Thomas John Lloyd Baker the only surviving trustee of will of William Sharp, deceased. Recites death of Samuel Whitbread, 6 July 1815; William Henry Whitbread now tenant for life of premises. Recites sum of £5300 due to Thomas John Lloyd Baker; application to William Wilshere to advance this sum, security of the mortgage and mortgage debts. Thomas John Lloyd Baker assigns to William Wilshere securities given to William Sharp deceased by indenture of assignment, 27 May 1800.
