    Recites Will of Sir Coventry Payne (died 9 August 1874). 4) selected two sites (one near to Wootton House) for a cemetery; however that one was rejected because it would reduce value of the house. Agreed that if 4) purchased from other sources the piece of land marked on Plan (scale 1/2500), THEN 3) with consent of 1) and 2) would sell 4) piece marked green as an access roadway (subject to all existing rights of way). The green plot is described as piece of land on NE corner of enclosure called Hall End and Fisheries in Wootton. Abuts North: piece of land marked pink and land of Sir A W Black; East road leading from St Mary's Church to the Baptist Chapel; South and West other property of 3). Covenant of 4) to fence with fence not less than 4 feet high; not to injure cattle AND gates at east and west ends; 4) will make a proper metal road and repair it until it is taken over by the Highway Authority. Right of production of Deeds in Schedule 1879-1921;1913 &1911. No valuable consideration mentioned.
