Recites Lease of closes No 20, 37, 57 and 60 on plan (same as used for 1927 Sale Catalogue), all part of Bourne End Farm at a rent of £150 pa set off by his Annuity of £150; recites water pipes on closes above for conveying water to Wootton House - These easements have been exercised for many years by 1) and the occupier of Wootton House. Cottages marked on Plan (No 38 & 50) have right to take water from tank D.
