Recites last will and testament of William Wilshere dated 26 March 1824. Devised all his manors, messuages, etc copyhold and freehold in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Middlesex and Essex to his friends, appointed his executors: Thomas, Lord Dacre, and Joseph Parsons. Recites outstanding debt of £18,650 to executors of William Wilshere; sum of £10,000 3 per cent consolidated bank annuities not transferred to William Wilshere and still due; application by William Henry Whitbread to James Evan Baillie for loan to buy and transfer the £10,000 3 per cent consolidated bank annuities into names of The Right Honourable Thomas, Lord Dacre, and the Reverend Joseph Parsons and to pay off the debt of £18,650; agreement by James Evan Baillie if said sums secured at first by interest and then by assignment of securities for £5,300 and bond of William Henry Whitbread as collateral security; and paying by James Evan Baillie of £8775 for £10,000 3 per cent consolidated bank annuities in names of The Right Honourable Thomas, Lord Dacre, and the Reverend Joseph Parsons.
