Details of will: -- All freehold estates excluding those in marriage settlement of son Samuel Whitbread to the use of Samuel Whitbread for life; -- Remainder in trust to James Gordon, Jacob Whitbread, and John Wingate Jennings and heirs during life of petitioner; -- Remainder to use of William Henry Whitbread, eldest son of petitioner for life, then to his other sons successively in tail male. Recites petition now in possession of devised estates. Recites selling and conveying of parts of devised estates to redeem land tax, leaving surplus of £4872 12s 11d in bank 3 per cent annuities, transferred to the Accountant General of the Court of Chancery, interest paid to petitioner. Recites purchase of Shefford Hardwick estate with his own money and desire to have bank annuities applied to repayment.
