Letter from Joseph Eade to Samuel Whitbread telling him that the case [Warden v Bailey] came on the day before, but judgment was deferred. He thought Mr Serjeant Blosset had put forward all the arguments that it would admit and that it was left to the Court very fairly. The observations in the Court were not, on the whole, unfavourable, but he has not yet formed an opinion about which way the judgment will go. He is directing £900 for his mother's annuity to Mr Barnard's bank.
