    Release Parties: (i) Thomas Dew of Saint Matthew’s [Middlesex], carpenter and Ann, his wife; (ii) Robert Butcher of Saint George’s, Bloomsbury [Middlesex], esquire and John Hornbuckle of Bedford, whitesmith Operative Part: - Robert Butcher gave £185 to (i); - John Hornbuckle paid 5/- to (i) - (i) released (a)-(b) to (ii) Property: (a) two messuages in Bedford High Street for many years in the occupation of William Devereux and John Marshall and now for some years past in the occupation of John Hornbuckle adjoining the house of Francis Walker, alderman S, the messuage of John Clare and Thomas Clare N Covenant: - by (i) to levy a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo etc. Witnesses: - Benjamin Rogers; - Thales Craddock; - John Becuda Endorsed with conveyance of 21 July 1752 from Robert Butcher and John Hornbuckle to John, 4th Duke of Bedford
