    Further Advance Parties: (i) William Faldo of Bedford, barber and perukemaker; (ii) Francis Jessop of Bedford, esquire Reciting: - R6/5/6/5; - (b)-(d) in R6/5/6/5 were now vested in (ii) securing payment of £400 and interest lent in R6/5/6/19; - attornment of 24 October 1738 in which the tenants of the mortgaged lands by direction of Elizabeth Faldo became tenants of (ii) from Midsummer 1738 and from them he received £133/10/4 after tax and applied £125/5/5 to reduction of the interest on the £400 leaving just the £400 due to (ii); - during William Faldo’s minority (ii) laid out the remaining £8/4/11 as well as £16/3/1` of his own money in feeding and clothing him; - R6/5/6/20 of which £12/12/7 remained owing; - (i) wished to borrow a further £26/4/4; - by R6/5/6/19 the interest rate on the £400 was 4% per annum Operative Part: - (ii) lent £55 (£12/12/7, £16/3/1 and £26/4/4) to (i) at 5% interest Witnesses: - John Marsh; - William Shepherd
