    Assignment of Mortgage Parties: (i) John Palmer of Olney [Buckinghamshire], draper; Thomas Davison of Turvey, baker and Marah Skevington of Turvey, widow; (ii) Elizabeth Faldo of Bedford, widow; (iii) Francis Jessop of Bedford, esquire Reciting: - R6/5/6/5; - R6/5/6/8; - will of Ralph Bromshall the elder bequeathed £2,500 to his daughter Frances; - R6/5/6/11; - will of Ralph Bromshall the elder bequeathed to Sir John Mordaunt, bart, John Orlebar, esquire, Matthew Denis, esquire and Francis Brace the elder the residue of his personal estate and all real estate held by him as mortgagee until Ralph Bromshall the elder became 21 and to raise £2,500 to give to the testator’s daughter Frances with other sums for his other son and daughter after which the residue was to go to Ralph Bromshall the younger; - Sir John Mordaunt and Matthew Denis never acted in the trust as they renounced executorship and John Orlebar and Francis Brace proved the will in PCC ; - John Orlebar was dead; - R6/5/6/10; - R6/5/6/11; - R6/5/6/13; - R6/5/6/14; - R6/5/6/15 Operative Part: - (iii) paid £400 to John Palmer and Thomas Davison by direction of (ii); - John Palmer and Thomas Davison assigned the mortgage and security to (iii) by direction of (ii) Witnesses: - Mary Jones; - John Marsh; - John Grey; - Deborah Findon
