Deed poll by Robert Faldo of King's Lynn [Norfolk], watchmaker, reciting:
- R6/5/6/16;
- Peter Faldo was now dead intestate;
- administration of the goods of Peter Faldo had been granted to his wife Elizabeth;
- Peter Faldo's estate descended to his son William, an infant;
- Peter Faldo's estates were insufficient to pay the several annuities and legacies in the will of William Faldo;
- Robert Faldo had reached an arrangement whereby he waived his right to the £15 annuity under the will of William Faldo in exchange for a payment of £20/10/-
