    Deed to Lead to the Uses of a Fine Parties: (i) William Faldo the elder of Doddington [Huntingdonshire], gentleman and William Faldo the younger , his son; (ii) Paule Cobb of Barnards Inn, London, gentleman; Richard Blower of Barnards Inn, gentleman; (iii) John Faldo of Bedford, tanner; Phillipp Nichols of Bedford, grocer Operative Part: - (i), with Elizabeth, wife of William Faldo the elder would levy a fine to (ii) of (a)-(c) in which (ii) would be tenants whereby (iii) would demand a writ of disseisin en le post; (ii) would then vouch to warranty (i) and (i) would vouch over to warranty the common vouchee who would make default and leave in contempt of court so a perfect recovery may be had by (iii) Property: (a) a messuage called the Sarrizens Head, now called the Kings Head at the bridge foot in Bedford, Saint Mary in the occupation of Edward Fell the younger, barber, John Herringe, maltster and William Burrowes, shoemaker with the house of Thomas Underwood, gentleman S; the River N and the High Street W; (b) a barn, a stable and tanyard in Bedford, Saint Mary and the barn and stable in the occupation of Thomas Underwood and the tanyard in the occupation of William Faldo the elder; the messuage John Spenser, grocer W and Duckmill Lane alias Water Lane N; (c) messuage in Bedford, Saint Mary in the occupation of John Skelton, baker with a messuage belonging to Saint John’s Hospital N; house in the occupation of William Hey S; High Street E; (d) one acre in Pilcroft alias The Butts in Bedford, Saint Mary lying between two highways one leading to Kempston and the other to Ampthill in the occupation of Daniel Right, Saint Leonard’s Road lying E and the close of Thomas Harding W; (e) Boarded Barne in the occupation of William Faldo the elder in Bedford, Saint Paul with land of Thomas Harding S and E and land of Robert Faireman, baker, W; (f) cottage in Elstow in the occupation of Goddard, blacksmith with the High Street W; (g) a close or pightle of pasture adjoining (f); (h) ten acres of land in Newnham Field, Goldington in the occupation of John Wiffin; (i) four acres of land in Newnham Field, a baulk or way separating that and a close called the Round Close and being in the occupation of John Towyer; (j) a close of pasture, formerly two closes called Dovehouse Close and Little Barn Close in Goldington, the close of Thomas Christie, esquire, E and land called Hogger Lane W and in the occupation of Widow Paradine; (k) half an acre of meadow in South Meadow, Goldington, in the occupation of Benjamin Rogers with the meadow of Thomas Christie on one side Witnesses: - Thomas Cobb; - Thomas North
