    Bargain and sale Parties: (i) Walter Cary of Everton [Huntingdonshire], esquire; (ii) William Faldo the younger of Bedford, tanner Reciting: - R6/5/6/1; - William Faldo the elder had contracted with (i) to purchase (a) for £392/14/ on behalf of (ii) Operative Part: - (i) sold (a) to (ii) for £392/14/- Property: (a) a close of pasture, formerly two closes called Dovehouse Close and Little Barn Close containing together seven acres, three roods in Goldington; (b) ten acres of leys in Newnham Field abutting on an acre called [lacuna] and another acre called Horse Acre N, lying next to South Meadow E and other lands of Walter Cary W; (c) [lacuna] selions of land containing four acres in Newnham Field, parcel of a piece containing in all eight acres, four acres of which had been purchased by (ii) Witnesses: - Frye Vicaridge; - Simon Urlin Affixed acknowledgement of payment by (i) witnessed by Simon Urlin and Frye Vicaridge
