    Admission to: (a) messuage or tenement in Church End, Stevington with garden formerly in occupation of John Perkins, afterwards of his widow Elizabeth Perkins, now of Joel Glidwell, bounded: to N by a brook dividing this from other property of William Saunders; to S by (b); to E by property of George Peregrine Nash and occupied by Isaac Keech senior; to W in part by other property of William Saunders and in part by the town street of Stevington [see (b) in Z953/2/5 (XV)]; (b) cottage and small garden, formerly an orchard containing 30 poles, in Church End, Stevington, formerly in occupation of Lewis Cox, since of Robert Lord, now of Levi Cox bounded: to N by (a); to S by (c); to E by property of George Peregrine Nash in occupation of Isaac Keech senior; to W by Stevington town street [to which T.A.Green had been admitted on 3 Jul 1841 on surrender of Timothy Keech – see Z953/1/2] (c) small piece of garden ground, part of an orchard in Church End, Stevington, formerly occupied, with the larger part of the orchard, by John Perkins, since by James Ruffhead, now by Ebenezer Eaton, bounded: to N by (b); to S mostly by the larger part of the orchard, contracted to be sold to Walter Anderson and slightly by property of George Peregrine Nash in occupation of Isaac Keech senior; to E by property of George Peregrine Nash in occupation of Isaac Keech senior; to W by Stevington town street [to which orchard, with cottage, T.A.Green had been admitted on 23 Jul 1841 on surrender of Susannah Nicholls – see (a) in (XV) of Z953/2/5]
