    Probate copy of the will of Richard Hillersden of Goldington, esquire; - devising the Manor of Colmworth and all real estate in Colmworth, Eaton Socon and Wilden, devised to him by his brother John Hillersden, esquire, to Thomas Browne of Arlesey and Denis Farrer of Cold Brayfield [Buckinghamshire], esquire in trust for sale, bequeathing the profits from the sale to his niece Margaret Hillersdon; - devising the residue of his real estate to Margaret Hillersdon, remainder in wants of heirs of Margaret, to his niece Elizabeth , wife of Denis Farrer; - bequeathing £20 each to his sister-in-law Katherine Haselden, spinster and Elizabeth Farrer to buy mourning; - bequeathing £10 to Denis Farrer to buy mourning; - bequeathing the residue of his personal estate to Margaret Hillersden whom he made sole executrix with Thomas Browne and Denis Farrer guardians for her minority and executors; - witnesses: Ann Readall; Thomas Readall and Thomas Roe; - probate granted 20 January 1735 [1736] at London to Margaret, now wife of John Parslow
