The register is arranged alphabetically by local authorities from Ampthill Rural District to Sandy Urban District Councils and is divided in 3 sections: (1) General Planning Apppeals; (2) Enforcement Notices (usually against extinguishments of the terms of the original planning permission); (3) Notification Orders (appears to be appeals against planning zoning under Local Structure Plans). The following information is recorded for each appeal left to right across the page: - Application Nos.; - Name of the Applicant; - Proposed development; - Parish; - Date of the notification of the Appeal; - Date of the appeal (if given); - Evidence and Plans: last date and date sent (if given); - Minister's decision: result and date
