(I) following on from an abstract of Z 945/3 ...Conveyance dated 19 March 1928 from Edmund Hugh Woods and george Tompkins of 23 Guildford St., Luton, to Albert Alexander Gibbs, John Bamforth, George Samuel Myers and Richard Arthur Gibbs, all of the Luton News Buildings, Luton and carrying on in partnership together the trade or business of newspaper proprietors under the style or firm of ‘ Gibbs Bamforth and Co.’, for £700, of :
(a) a shop and dwellinghouse and the ground site of the same on the E side of High St. North, Dunstable and known or intended to be known as 36 High St. North with right of way over an adjoining cartway jointly with others and a right of way over another parcel of adjoining land, parts of the conveyed land being subject to the specified rights of way of others for business purposes.
