Endorsed with memoranda of sales off of parts of the conveyed land, viz.
- 23 March 1927: shop and premises, bounded on the N side by property of the Trustees of Jane Cart’s Charity and being the most north westerly part of the property conveyed above, and the site of the cartway on the S side of the premises conveyed to Harry Spaul Rixson subject to reserved rights of way over the said cartway.
- 24 Mar 1927: shop and premises on and adjoining the S side of the premises conveyed to Harry Spaul Rixson above conveyed to Eleanor Wilson and Marian Ethel Wilson as joint tenants.
- 31 Mar 1927: shop and premises, bounded on the S side in part by property now or formerly of Charles Moulder and in part by property now or formerly of Alfred James Pitkin being the most south westerly part of the property conveyed, conveyed to Frederica Gertrude May Geary.
- 27 June 1927: piece of garden ground conveyed to Harry Spaul Rixson [for £600, Harry Spaul Rixson described as of 41 High St. South, Dunstable, antique dealer, and the land as ‘a piece of land used as a garden situate off the east side of High St. North Dunstable and containing ...1a. 2r. 26p....bounded on the N by property of the Trustees of Jane Cart’s Charity, on the w in part by property then or formerly of John Kenneth Ponsford in part by other property of the purchaser in part by property of the Misses Wilson in part by other property of the vendor in part by property of Frederica Gertrude May Geary and in other part by property then or formerly of Alfred James Pitkin and on the east and south by property of [blank] ...together with all greenhouses and other buildings then sanding thereon’ with a right of way over a cartway serving the garden ground and the right to construct and maintain a sewer under the cartway, this deed being abstracted on Z945/5].
