Property: the straw hat manufactory and warehouse in High St. North in Dunstable with the Manager’s residence and the outbuildings, gardens and meadow at the rear, bounded on the north by property of the Trustees of Jane Cart’s Charity, east by land of Major Brown, south by properties of the representatives of the late Thomas George Collins, deceased, Edward Eames, Jabez Frederick Ford, Alfred James Pitkin and Charles Moulder, and on part of the west by properties of the Trustees as above and Alfred James Pitkin and by High St. North; as now and for many years past have been in the occupation of the purchasers as tenants.
Includes coloured plan of the land and buildings.
