Feoffment Parties: (i) William Newton of Biddenham, gentleman and Frances, his wife; (ii) Thomas Paradyn of Bedford, gentleman Operative Part: - (i) enfeoffed (a) to (ii) for £300 Property: (a) close in Bedford, Saint Paul, called Dovehouse Close containing 7½ acres in the occupation of Thomas Paradyn with a barn and a dovehouse Witnesses: - Richard Taylor; - Walter Gray; - Richard Lowther [by mark]; - William Doughtie two copies of a final concord of October 1614 in which Thomas Paradyne, gentleman was querant and William Newton and Frances, his wife, deforciants, of one granary, one dovecote and eight acres of pasture with appurtenances in Bedford attached (covenanted in the Feoffment).
