- Scope and ContentHe was at the sale at Highlands and bought a cart and sundry other goods. He went in the evening to fetch them. As he was putting his own goods into the cart he passed by a lot of tine. John Dines asked if they belonged to him – he said they did not. Dines said “never mind, I’ll put them into the cart” and did so. The boy drove the cart home and Dines walked with him. When they go to his house Dines took the goods out of the cart and put them in his house. Dines asked him to keep them for 2 or 3 days. He did not know who the goods belonged to.
