Notice to parish of Bassingbourn (Cambs) and Guardians of Royston Union that parish of Luton intends to move that an order made on 18 March 1843 by which settlement of Phoebe Ellis, an insane person, was adjudged to be the parish of Bassingbourn may be quashed on the grounds of informality in the form of the examination, unless they will consent to waive all matters of form on the examination and order and go into the paupers settlement on the merits of the case.
