Premises awarded to them under Wooton Enclosure Award. 2 freehold cottages, erected and built adjoining together. etc with all land belonging (8 poles) on frontage of 43 feet to road from Wooton to Cranfield (depth 50 feet). Consideration £25 by 3) to 1), £25 paid by 3) to 2). Witnesses John Walker, Solicitor, Thomas Smith, Auctioneer. Receipt from Enclosure Commissioners attached.
