  • Title
Letter from Joseph Eade to Samuel Whitbread informing him that Mr Olivier will not have his money ready by the 12th as his son, who is supplying it, will not arrive for a fortnight, but he wishes to be admitted. Joseph Eade proposes that a proportion of the purchase for the copyhold should be paid on the 12th and that Samuel Whitbread should retain the deeds until the whole amount is paid, this amounting to an acceptance of title, at present 'open to all the objections'. Samuel Whitbread must either attend the court or sign a letter of attorney.
