- Scope and ContentCharles Biddiford: on 15 November he was instructed to search the prisoner’s house at Wrestlingworth. The prisoner went to the cupboard and bought out a jar of wheat. It contained about 5 quarts. The prisoner told him that he had bought half a peck of wheat on the Saturday from a man he did not know. James Taylor: Mr Lindsell's foreman at his farm in Eyworth. Joseph Brim was a labourer at the farm. He believed the wheat shown to him by the constable had been taken from his master's granary.
