- Scope and ContentJames Turner: the witness Charles Willis came to him offering him some old iron. Willis would not say where he got it from but Turner said him 5 pence for it. On examining the iron he found 4 of the horse shoes, 2 hooks, a loop, a wood screw and a piece of chain, all of which belonged to him. Statement of the accused: he had picked up pieces of iron at various times.
