    He is 24 years of age, was born at Turvey. His father Samuel Hillson lived at Turvey and was a parishioner there. He lived with Mr John Davison at Turvey for seven years and learned the trade of baker but was never bound apprentice. He let himself about a month before Michaelmas Day 1811 to Joseph Bryant of Elstow, baker, as a hired servant for a year at the wages of thirteen pounds. He went into the said service the day after Old Michaelmas 1811 and continued therein until the day after Old Michaelmas 1812 and he received the whole of his wages. He has not since done any other act to gain a settlement in his own right to the best of his knowledge. He was married at St paul, Bedford on Sunday 6th August instant to Mary Hall, spinster.
