He is 24 years of age, was born at Wellingborough in the County of Northampton, where his father Joseph Lawson, cordwainer was a parishioner and belonged to that parish. He has never been an apprentice or hired servant or done any act to gain a settlement in his own right in any other place for the best of his knowledge. He was married 26th April instant at St Peter, Bedford, to Mary Ann Jones.
