- Scope and ContentHe is 23 years of age, he was born in Tottenham Court Road, Middlesex where his father and mother then resided but his father John Bennett was a parishioner of Turvey. His father is a private in the Marines but he does not know which ship he is attached to nor where the regiment is at present. His mother Jane Bennett is now living at Turvey and received an allowance of one shilling per week fromn the Overseers of the poor of Turvey and has done so for several years last. This Examinant has never been placed out apprentice nor has he done any act whereby to gain a settlement in his own right to the best of his knowledge & belief. He was married on 10th of last November at St John, Bedford, to Ann Hoggard, but has not any child.
