- Scope and ContentHe is 73 years of age, was born at Erith in the County of Huntingdon. His father taught him his business of a bricklayer. He hired a public house known by the sign of the Crown in the parish of Eaton Socon about 43 years ago of Mr Arnold of Huntingdon, a brewer, at the rent of six guineas per annum. He lived in that house 13 years. He was assessed to the poor rate and other taxes for the same and duly paid them. He has always worked as a journeyman bricklayer ever since at different places but has not done any act to the best of his knowledge to gain a ssettlement in any other place. About ten days ago he received relief from the parish officers of the parish of Eaton Socon. He was married to his present wife Sarah at St Paul, Bedford nine years ago next March but has not any children.
