Letter from James Wortham to Eade & Hawkins: he has received a letter from Samuel Whitbread [in response to Z 575/70], and finds it unsatisfactory, the delay in completing the purchase having serious consequences for Mr Partridge. Unless a positive answer is received in ten days, he will feel free to resell the estate. With a draft reply from Joseph Eade [see Z 575/74].
