Daughter Henrietta [Anna] Maria Payne to have testator's house at 14 Marine Parade, Hastings; furniture, linen and plate. Power of Sale if she chooses. At her death proceeds must go to her brother Philip Monoux Payne. Can have plate at 14 Marine Parade but on her death it shall return to Philip. Bequest of £50 pa to Gaywoods.
