- body to be buried next to that of wife, in vault of Robert Randoll, Esq., in Dallington Church, Sussex
- to Mrs Margaretta Randoll, Mrs Dorothy Fowke, Peter Crawford, esq., Sir Thomas Fowke, Mrs Mary Gilbert, Mrs Catherine Milbourne, Mrs Ann Cocks, all sisters, nephews and nieces of testator's wife, £20 each for mourning
- to Mrs Dorothy Fowke, £100
- to nephew Lieut. Jn Randoll Mackenzie of the Marines, £500 of testator's bank stock, to use the interest from time of testator's decease until he has an opportunity to raise himself in the service, when he is to sell the stock to buy a commission; all military arms and acoutrements, all camp plate, military necessaries, utensils and equipment, and all military and mathematical books and instruments, plans or any other military things, also all wearing apparel and linen, jewels, watches, shoe or other buckles, "and every other Trinket of that Kind, the being fitter for a Soldier than any other person", he is to give everything he does not want to testator's most deserving man servant.
- to "that person called my nephew", Lieut. James Scott of the Marines, 1s., "that sum being Eleven pence more than he deserves at my hands;" "nor is he on any pretence whatsoever to receive, claim or enjoy any part of that division of my Fortune, which I have hereinafter bequeathed to his Mother, but the same to go after her Death to her son William (my Executor) and to his heirs for ever."
- to faithful and trusty servant, Elizabeth Tanner, "for her great Care and Attention of my late beloved Wife and me in our many and severe illnesses and disorders", £50 and all household furniture and goods
- to all servants in service at time of testator's death, 1 years wages and a suit of proper mourning
- to brother William Mackenzie of Suddie, all plate, pictures, books and book cases, and to his heirs for as long as they hold the estate of Suddie. On estate being sold, property to brothers and sisters.
- All remaining fortune and bond due to testator in £300 by Mr Hector Scott and his son William, to be divided into two parts, of which one part to go to William Mackenzie of Suddie and remainder to be divided between two sisters, Mrs Isobell Cameron and Mrs Marion Scott.
- Appoints nephew Mr William Scott, merchant in Inverness, as executor, and gives him £300 due on bond signed by his father, and him, dated 18 March 1773.

- to housekeeper Mrs Elizabeth Tanner, a Shagreen tea chest containing a silver tea cannister, a sugar cannister and bason which was used by her late mistress and also all such household plate as is not in list of plate in Lieut. Mackenzie's possession and the pictures at the house No. 9 in this court.

Codicil
- revokes legacy of £500 bank stock to nephew John Randoll Mackenzie, which £500 to be disposed of as part of residue of estate, but gives Lieut. John Randoll Mackenzie freehold house in Great Queen Street, Westminster, which testator now lives in, subject to annuities:
- to Mrs Elizabeth Pratt, testator's housekeeper, £25 p.a., and after her death to her daughter, Mary Randoll Pratt
- to servant, John Barclay, £5 p.a.
- Both annuities dependant on persons residing with testator at his death, "and unless they continue to conduct themselves as good Moral Members of Society".

Codicil
- Death of testator's brother, William Mackenzie of Suddie, Esq., and testator's sister, Mrs Marion Scott, therefore to nephew Lieut. John Randoll Mackenzie, that part of estate bequeathed to his father, and to nephew Mr William Scott, that part of property bequeathed to his deceased mother.
If testator's sister Mrs Cameron dies before him, property bequeathed to her to be divided equally between her surviving children.
