(i) leases to (ii) messuage or farmhouse etc and land (262 acres 3 roods 19 perches) in Renhold and called Woodfield Farm. Term 6 years from 11 October 1816, freed from tithes.     Other covenants and conditions as in X 668/203 to 209: All timber and trees reserved to (i). Also mines and stone quarries and gaming rights. (ii) will pay all rates and taxes, keep glass windows, thatching, going geer in pump and well, gates, fences, watercourses, arches, bridges etc in repair. Also (ii) to provide wheatstraw for thatching, beer for workmen etc. (ii) will bank up 80 rods of ditching and banking every year. Will provide load of trussed straw for stables of (i) for nothing and another for thatching cottages of (i) at 20s per load. To leave 1/3rd arable fallow each year. To smooth 5 acres of banky pasture, and also new anthills and molehills. To maintain and protect hedges. (ii) to provide wagon, 4 horses and an able bodied man to carry coals.
