Glass to be kept in repair, going gears, gates, fences, bridges etc. To provide (i) with wagon load of wheat straw for stables, and another for thatching. To make smooth 5 acres of banky pasture land. Also anthills and molehills. (ii) will protect young trees and game. No sub-letting without consent. (i) to keep buildings insured.
