He is 31 years of age, was born in the parish of Hartley Row, County of Hants. He was put apprentice by his father atthe age of 15 to Henry Bye of Kingston Upon Thames, County of Middlesx, Currier, for seven years, the indenture of apprenticeship is now in London. Her served the whole of his apprenticeship with his master at Kingston Upon Thames and has not done any other act to the best of his knowledge and belief to gain a settlement. He was married at St Paul, Bedford on the 11th instant to Hannah Bright.
