Property is held by (i) as tenants in common, and each hold 1/3rd part. However they have agreed to make partition. (i) release to (ii) messuage in Marston Shelton, with orchard and close pasture adjoining, and 13 acres 1 rood arable and sward in Marston Moretaine and Wootton, which were the lands etc of William Harding otherwise Hardwick, deceased. One moiety thereof came to Mary Nixon as one of his daughters. Other moiety purchased by Mary Nixon of Ambrose Gregory of Eversholt, and wife Elizabeth (who was other daughter of William Harding or Hardwick).
