I am 18 years of age or thereabouts, was born as I have been informed and believe at the parish of Bythorn in the County of Huntingdon where my father Robert Perkins now resides. My father has never lived out of the parish of Bythorn since my birth and is a settled inhabitant of that parish. To the best of my knowledge I have done no act to gain a settlement in my own right and have always lived with my parents at Bythorn. I am now actually chargeable to the parish of St Cuthbert.
