    Details given: Reciting that (iii) have been admitted tenants to the copyhold property held of the manor of Ampthill on same day as this deed. Incumbrances on the property immediately paid off. Has been agreed that property hereinafter released be conveyed in exchange for copyhold property. So to effect the exchange (iii) surrendered close of pasture in Ampthill in occupation of William Poulton, and other plot in Ampthill in occupation of Henry Spring, to use of (i). (i) as trustees under the marriage settlement and (iii) as trustees under release of 28 Mary 1814 are satisfied that said property is of equal value with property hereinafter released. Now in order to effect the exchange, (i) with consent of (ii) release to (iii): -- toft or piece of ground where messuage formerly stood in Marston Moretaine -- close of pasture or orchard adjoining (2 acres) -- close of pasture new adjoining (8 acres) -- spinney adjoining (3 roods) -- other close of pasture adjoining (4 acres) -- another spinney (3 roods) in Crow Hill, Marston Moretaine, and conveyed by Edward Pincord to George Exton, deceased, father of said George Exton, and now in occupation of George Mann.
