- Scope and ContentHe is a butcher and is in the habit of killing pigs for Miss Ann and Mrs Sarah Lyon Wilmott of St Neots. They are dealers in pork. On Thursday morning he killed a hog for them. He was present when his young man John Harrison cut up the hog. There were six pieces of pork picked out to be sent to London by Wood's waggon. They weighed about 40lbs and were worth about 7d a pound.
