Declaration by John Falldor that Richard Denis and wife Sarah have conveyed to him by lease, release and appointment of 6 and 7 February 1800, a farm at Marston Moretaine called Turney's Farm in the occupation of Thomas Turney and have covenanted that said farm is free from all incumbrances. Also Richard Denis and Mr James Bayley have entered into a joint bond to him in £3000 dated same day conditioned for any complete indemnification from all incumbrances. Also whereas said estate was by will of Mary Coleman, deceased, charged with annuity of £10 to Fieanher Odell, now he declares that he has purchased said annuity. Said covenant or bond (or either of them) are not intended to apply thereto.
