- Scope and ContentBorn at Glasgow, Scotland. Married Alexander Gordon, of Aberdeen, now serving with the 50th Regiment of Foot in the West Indies, about 1782, but parted from him in August 1795 in Dublin [Ireland]. Left then for Glasgow, but finding herself destitute of means of subsistence, departed for London to apply for relief and support and to reside there. En route to London was taken ill and confined at Bedford for past 5 weeks.
