- Scope and ContentLet himself as a yearly servant to George Huckle, Ravensden, farmer, about 1775, at a wage of 8 guineas, living with him about 2 years and receiving his wages accordingly, following which he entered into the Bedfordshire Militia. No other settlement. Married Elizabeth (late Elizabeth Campion) by banns at St. Cuthbert’s, Whitsun 1783. Two children: George and Sarah, aged about 9 years and 7 years respectively, neither of whom have gained any settlement.
