Let himself as a yearly servant to Thomas Toby, Dunton, farmer, about 1768, at a yearly wage of 6 guineas., living with him for about 2 years and receiving his wages accordingly, following which he enlisted into the Army. No other settlement. Married Susanna (late Susanna Butcher) at Congleton, Cheshire, Easter 1789. No children.
