Quarter Sessions notice of appeal. Upon hearing an appeal from an Order of Filiation under the Hands and Seals of Philip Hunt , clerk, Doctor of Laws and John Day Esquire bearing the date seventeenth day of October last whereby the said Joseph Chettle is adjudged to be the reputed father of the male bastard child of which Jane Harris was delivered on the twenty third day of June last at the said parish of St Paul. It is ordered that the said order of filiation be confirmed.
